Selecting a candidate or consultant for a full-time position or project engagement is a crucial business decision. We take the time to thoroughly evaluate your specific staffing needs, gaining a clear understanding of your goals and objectives, skills requirements and related expectations. We consult with you to ensure that there is clarity in the aforementioned areas, and that all prospective candidates capture your distinct value proposition. Once we have completed our analysis of your hiring or consulting opportunity, we summarize our results and offer customized staffing solutions and search strategies. We recognize that every client has its own unique needs, and will establish a mutually agreed upon go-forward strategy prior to executing any search campaigns.Extreme Recruiting:

Step One: Immediacy
On a daily basis our experienced Executive Search and Staffing Consultants pursue “active” candidates and schedule face-to-face interview consultations. These candidates typically have an accelerated job or project search and strive to have multiple opportunities to evaluate before making a decision. Once we secure a new search or project engagement, we immediately tap into this pool of pre-qualified candidates, allowing us to produce immediate, tangible results.
Step Two: Our Network
The next step is to leverage our extensive network of several thousand financial professionals and executives. Everyday we continue to build and cultivate a comprehensive network of financial professionals and executives, developing and nurturing relationships that ultimately produce tangible results. Using our robust database system, we can run a keyword search using our clients specific hiring criteria. The results are usually comprised of passive or semi-active candidates seeking the position or project you are trying to fill. We then pitch your career and value proposition, and provide a tangible job or project spec and company information. Within 48-72 hours we will meet with our successful recruits to complete the pre-screening and evaluation process. The results from Step Two are apparent within 1-week after the initial consultation with our client.
Step Three: Extreme Recruiting
The final step in sourcing candidates is called “Extreme Recruiting.” Using the information and parameters extracted from the initial consultation, our Executive Search and Staffing Consultants prepare “search lists,” using our robust database system, corporate and Big Four directories, and other resource tools that we have purchased or developed. Everyday we focus on one or two specific search projects, which gives us precision in our approach, and provides our clients with visibility to candidates who are not active in the marketplace. This also eliminates unnecessary competition, giving you the advantage when searching for intellectual capital within a hyper-competitive marketplace. The results from this final approach are apparent typically within week two or week three.
Summary:
Ultimately we evaluate the profiles of approximately one hundred candidates for each search engagement. Within this deep pool of prospects, we narrow it down to approximately ten candidates with the skill-sets you are looking for. We then compile a short-list of three to four candidates that we share with you. Because we are subject matter experts in our field, our short-list of candidates are closely aligned with your search requirements from a technical standpoint. Your ultimate decision will be based on the culture-fit, since these candidates have relatively similar skill-sets.
