Interview Tips

Post-interview Correspondence
Sending a follow-up letter after an interview is a critical aspect of the interview process. A well-written and timely follow-up letter will enable you to make a positive impression and show your genuine interest in the position. It is an example of both your work habits and writing skills. Upon completion of this exercise, forward your follow-up correspondence to your Executive Search Consultant for further review.

Health Benefits
Alliance Resource Group offers a health benefits package for all full-time employees and consultants. Full-time employees and consultants are eligible for group health benefits after completion of a 90-day employment requirement. Our current health benefits package includes Medical and Dental Insurance and within both policies, both HMO and PPO plans are offered to best fit the needs of each individual employee. We contribute a portion of each employee’s monthly premium.
Referral Bonus Program!
To formally acknowledge our appreciation for your ongoing support, Alliance Resource Group will offer you $1,000 for each candidate referral!
Qualifications / Requirements:
- The person must be referred AND placed in a full-time position to qualify for the $1000 referral bonus.
- Definition of REFERRAL: It MUST be a direct, personal referral to qualify for the referral fee. (Providing the Executive Search Consultant with lists, directories, company information and the like, will not qualify you for this referral bonus.)
- A 90-Day Employment Guarantee (from placed employee’s start date) MUST be met before referral bonuses are issued. If this guarantee date is not met, the referral bonus will be automatically terminated – there are no partial fees.
- Once the 90-days have been met, your respective Execute Search Consultant will contact you to complete and sign a W-9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). You will be issued a 1099-MISC form at the end of the year for all referral fee payments, as “Non Employee Compensation”, which you will need to report and file with your taxes.
- Upon receipt of the completed and signed W-9, a check will be issued and mailed to you.
